I photograph portraits, couples, families, weddings, concerts, community events, festivals, and other gatherings throughout Maryland, DC, and beyond. My approach is documentary-inspired. I’ll give direction when you need it, but I’m always looking for the genuine moments happening in between.

Digital is my default for most sessions, but 35mm film is one of my favorite add-ons to offer, and I genuinely love when people choose it. It adds a little more grain, color, texture, and unpredictability to your final gallery in a way that feels really special.

Only if you want me to. We’ll talk about this before your shoot so I know how much direction feels right for you. My approach is mainly documentary and focused on natural moments, but I can absolutely introduce poses, prompts, and gentle direction when you want or need it.

Start by sending an inquiry through my contact or booking page with a few details about what you’re looking for. Once we confirm the date, location, and session details, I’ll send over your agreement and invoice. Your booking is officially reserved once the signed agreement and retainer are received.

Yes. A retainer is required to reserve your date and is applied toward the total cost of your session or event. The exact amount and payment schedule will be included in your proposal and contract.

Yes. I’m based in Maryland and regularly photograph throughout Maryland, DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, and the surrounding areas. I’m also happy to travel farther when it makes sense for the session. A travel fee may apply depending on the location.

For outdoor sessions, we’ll keep an eye on the forecast and talk through the best option together. Depending on the weather, we may adjust the time, move somewhere covered, embrace a little rain, or reschedule if needed.

As early as you can, especially for weekends, fall dates, weddings, or events. Portrait sessions can sometimes be booked with shorter notice if I have availability, but booking ahead gives us more flexibility with dates and locations.
